From spring to autumn you have the opportunity to explore a hundred-metre slate drift which is unique within the Czech Republic. You will return to the years 1873 to 1888 when the slate was used here as roofing, material for desks, school writing slates or gramophone records. You can also walk around the drift along the Educational Slate Heritage Trail which takes you to the picturesque landscape of the Moravice River Valley.
