Moravice River Valley

Discover the best preserved and most valuable area of the Opava region with characteristic features of the Jeseníky foothills between Kružberk and Hradec nad Moravicí. Take a walk through a total of seven vegetation types, such as valley meadows, oak-hornbeam groves or gorge forests, and observe the beautiful flora here, which is predominantly of foothill character. The valley has up to fifteen localities with the occurrence of protected and endangered plant species. What is also interesting the river created a canyon with walls up to 120 meters high.
