Malé Hoštice Open-air museum

The cozy open-air museum in the district of Malé Hoštice takes you back to a time of more than 100 years ago. The farmhouse dating back to the second half of the 19th century was saved from deterioration by housing the open-air museum. Thanks to authentic furniture, you can look forward to an extraordinary experience which will make you feel like the locals have just popped out for a bit. Do not miss an exhibition with archaeological finds that will take you even further back into history, specifically to time between 5 500 BC to about 600 BC. The museum also includes a small exhibition of local folk crafts and a front garden with herbs and fruit trees typical for this area.
