Litultovice Chateau

You can visit Litultovice chateau every day. That’s because you find everyday institutions such as the municipal office, pharmacy, restaurant or library here but in an unusual castle atmosphere. The history of the chateau is really rich, originally it was a fortress which was rebuilt into a Renaissance chateau at the beginning of the 17th century. This has created arcades that are decorated with sgraffito. Later there were also Baroque modifications, such as stucco decoration, mansard roof and chateau chapel. At the beginning of the 19th century the chateau acquired its uniform Empire façade.
